Option Trading Coach, LLC provides the website known as OptionTradingCoach.com (“the Site”) subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use the Site. You must be at least 18 years of age. If you are not at least 18 years old, you are not permitted to use or access the Site.

In addition to Option Trading Coach.com “the Site” we also own and operate the following websites that are part of Option Trading Coach, LLC and that are also included within this Agreement. These include but are not limited to: my.OptionTradingCoach.com, TradingMasteryProgram.com, OptionsTraderClub.com, EasyOptionTrading.com, HowToTradeLEAPS.com, SuccessTradingOptions.com, SuccessTradingStocks.com, OptionTradingWebinar.com, LEAPStrader.com, and OptionTradingCoach.net.

This Terms of Use Agreement is made between Option Trading Coach, LLC and you, the user and/or customer of the Sites (“you”). We reserve the right at any time to:

• Change any fees or charges for use of the Site.
• Change the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
• Change the Site, including eliminating or discontinuing any content on or feature of any of the Site; or

Any changes we make will be effective five (5) business days after notice of any change is provided to you, which may be done by means including, without limitation, posting on the Site or via electronic mail. Your use of the Site after such notice will be deemed acceptance of such changes. Be sure to review this Agreement periodically to ensure familiarity with the most current version. Upon our request, you agree to sign a non-electronic version of this Agreement.

Option Trading Coach, LLC is a publisher of financial education. We are not registered as a securities broker-dealer or an investment adviser either with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission or with any state securities regulatory authority. The material provided on our Site is for general informational purposes only. No information on Option Trading Coach is intended as securities brokerage, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, as an offer or solicitation of an offer to sell or buy, or as an endorsement, recommendation or sponsorship of any company, security, or fund.

The information on the Site should not be relied upon for purposes of transacting securities or other investments. ACCESSING PRODUCTS & SERVICES

All of the Option Trading Coach products and services are housed and fulfilled inside the My.OptionTradingCoach.com (“MyOTC”) secure client portal. When you become a client of Option Trading Coach you will receive an email containing your individual username and password where all of your purchased programs and services are accessible to view online. We do not allow customers to download video content. All videos are delivered in an online HD streaming environment. We do allow customers to download associated program files, such as PDFs, manuals, transcripts, and e-books, and we’re also able to fulfill video programs via physical DVD or Blu-ray delivery for an additional cost.

There is a monthly and/or discounted annual cost associated with maintaining your online My.OptionTradingCoach.com account access. To view the full details associated with the MyOTC client portal you can view it here. You are not permitted to share your MyOTC account access with any third party. As a customer of Option Trading Coach, you agree that you will not share, rent or sell your access credentials to anyone. You understand that you are limited to associating no more than three IP addresses (home computer, work computer, mobile device) to access your MyOTC online portal, and we will terminate your account if you are in violation of this policy.

ANTI-SPAM POLICY

All commercial emails are sent in full accordance with the provisions of the US 2003 CAN-SPAM Act. Option Trading Coach, LLC has developed its online marketing tools and practices to incorporate a strict “permission-based” policy that prohibits the use of email in any manner associated with the delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial email. Our anti-SPAM policy has been developed to conform to the highest commercially reasonable standards. If you believe Option Trading Coach sent you unsolicited email, please send a message to the address below with details regarding your situation. Your case will be investigated immediately. In the event of a merger or acquisition, the sales of the company or any change of ownership, all of Option Trading Coach’s customer information (including email addresses) may be transferred to a separate entity or entities. All Option Trading Coach subscribers and registered users will be notified of any change in ownership, merger or acquisition of Option Trading Coach’s assets by a third party. Subscribers and users may choose to access and revise any of their registration and/or subscription information at that time.

Option Trading Coach works to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems. Option Trading Coach cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining this information.

COPYRIGHT

The Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”) provides recourse for copyright owners who believe that material appearing on the Internet infringes their rights under U.S. copyright law. If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by Option Trading Coach, LLC infringe your copyright you (or your agent) may send us a notice requesting that the material be removed, or access to it blocked. If you believe in good faith that a notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, the DMCA permits you to send us a counter-notice. Notices and counter-notices must meet the then-current statutory requirements imposed by the DMCA; see http://www.loc.gov/copyright for details. Termination. This Agreement shall remain effective until terminated in accordance with its terms. Option Trading Coach, LLC. may terminate this Agreement, and/or your access to and use of the Sites or any portion thereof, immediately, in the event we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have breached this Agreement. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement without cause.
